Any customs or import charges that occur are the responsibility of the recipient and will need to be payed by them. Ironworx Wear does not take responsibility for these and it is up to the customer to ensure these are checked before placing an order.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
All items will be refunded and exchanged up to 21 days from original order date. Anything outside of this date will not be accepted as a return. All postage, handling and shipping costs for the returns are the responsibility of the customer, and Ironworx Wear does not take responsibility for this. Please retain proof of postage when returning items. We do not accept liability for returns that have not reached us or have been lost in transit to us.
All returned items must be in original unworn condition in their original packaging. Any items returned that have been clearly used (makeup stains, tan stains, ripped or frayed material, marked or dirty etc) will be rejected as a return by Ironworx Wear.
We can offer a refund or exchange for any returns that meet the above regulations and we will contact you via email to process this for you. Please allow 14 days for processing of returns or exchanges. Refunds will be made to the original card the order was placed with.
Once and order has been made, we cannot change this. You can of course, cancel the order and reorder the correct items.
